We start with our signature long-fermented sourdough brioche dough—celebrated for its buttery layers and incredibly soft, pillowy texture—and swirl it with a warm cinnamon-sugar filling. The star of the show is our homemade caramel sauce, crafted with 100% real maple syrup. This isn't just a topping; the buns are baked directly into this rich, amber lake of maple caramel. As they bake, the syrup reduces and thickens, infusing the dough with a deep sweetness that only genuine maple can provide.
