Welcome to Rolls & Wrinkles Bakery! We're a small, family-run bakery born out of a lifelong love for baking and a slightly demanding husband.
My journey in the kitchen started years ago, standing next to my mom and grandma. Baking with them taught me everything—from the feel of the dough to the joy of sharing a warm treat. This early passion eventually grew into an obsession with creating new recipes and mastering old classics.
The true start of Rolls & Wrinkles Bakery came two years ago with a simple request. My husband mentioned he'd love some fresh sourdough bread, so I created my first sourdough starter. What began as a fun challenge quickly spiraled into a full-blown love affair with wild yeast. The bread was a hit, and my husband (who remains my biggest supporter) insisted that if he loved my bread and goodies this much, I should share them with the world.
The Goodness of Sourdough
Every loaf and many of our sweet treats start with our active sourdough starter. We choose sourdough not just for its complex, tangy flavor, but also for its wonderful health benefits. The long fermentation process helps to naturally break down gluten and phytic acid, making our baked goods easier to digest and allowing your body to better absorb essential nutrients. It's truly a better way to bake.

As a boy mom to a middle-schooler and a newly minted commercial pilot, I pour my heart and soul into every batch. We believe in the power of community, and we appreciate you choosing to buy small and buy local.
Meet the Squish Faces
You can’t have a bakery without some furry (and squishy) inspiration! The bakery is named after our very special bulldog, Peaches. Her sweet, wrinkly face is the spirit behind the brand. Our other chief taste-testers and cuddle-bugs are Opal and Chubbs.
And, of course, when we're not baking, you can find our family cheering on our favorite teams, because we are big baseball fans — **Go Giants and Braves!**
