Serving Suggestion
These are best served warm. To experience that "fresh-out-of-the-pan" magic, invert the bun onto a plate and heat for 15–20 seconds. This allows the maple caramel to melt back down over the pecans and soak into the sourdough layers.

Note: Because we use real maple syrup and no artificial preservatives, these sticky buns stay remarkably moist. Keep them covered at room temperature for up to two days—if they even last that long!
