Our Sourdough Snickerdoodles take the nostalgic "cinnamon-sugar" favorite and give it a serious artisanal upgrade. While traditional snickerdoodles rely solely on cream of tartar for their slight tang, we use our active sourdough starter to create a deep, complex flavor profile and an unmatched "pillowy" chew.
Each cookie is generously rolled in a signature blend of cinnamon and sugar, creating a crackled, golden exterior that hides a soft, cloud-like center.
